1.Are you a factory?
Yes,we are a electronic products manufacturer in China,we have 4 product line,with 5000 square meters workshop,main product line are Audio and Charger Products such as Bluetooth Speakers,TWS earbuds,chargers,Power Banks and USB Cables.
2.How could place an order with you?

3.Could I ask for the samples before ordering?
Yes,we could send you samples for free if the sample value is not big,but you need to undertake the sample freight cost. The sample cost could refund to you once start mass production.
4.How do you manage product quality?
All of our goods will do internal QC inspection for all process,and we accept random inspection by accredited independent QC companies such as SGS,Intertek,QIMA,Asian Inspection etc when in production or before shipment.
5.Could I cancel the order if clients did not want to order?
Yes,there is not any additional cost if factory do not have materials or related lose.
6.What is your company's price Term and payment Term?
We accept EXW,FOB,CIF,CFR,DDU and DDP Price Term,payment term is 30% before ordering and then 70% before shipment. Clients could ask for more flexible payment term if we built a long-term and stable business relationship.
7.Could you do PMS color matching?
Yes,we could do PMS color matching for products,logo and packagings.
8.What kind of print method you could do?
We could do a many kind of printings,such as silk screen print, laser engraving,full color print,pad printing,regular tranfer printing,heat tranfer printing,silver plating,doming,stamping etc.
9.Could you do artwork for our orders or samples?
Yes, we have art designer who is always stand by, they could provide you timely artwokk that show to your clients.
10.What kinds of your counter Service?
Normally we use TNT,DHL,UPS ,Fedex or our own forwarder to deliver the goods.
11.What information is required If I like to place an order?
Your company information, delivery address information, Purchase order number, Item #, Colour of item (if needed),imprint Colour (PMS # if not a standard colour), Quantity, Imprint Location and Artwork. All Purchase Orders must be received in writing. No verbal requests will be accepted.

12.What do I do if I need a rush order?
Rush orders is workable to us! Simply contact your sales with your in-hand date and order information and we will do everything in our power to get the order delivered on time.
13.Is there any additional cost for an rush order?
No,we did not ask for extra cost for rush orders.
